It is delicious in every way. I want to eat there every day. Of course the soba noodles are delicious, but the menu is also very well thought out, and I feel the owner's good sense of taste and eagerness to research. I also love the mackerel sushi, which is always sold out.

The reservation agent was a little confusing, but we were able to go as scheduled and the soba noodles were very tasty and very satisfying. The Kakinoha Sushi is the best I have ever had. I would like to try other dishes on the menu, so I will go back again.
