It is located in an underground shopping area just a short walk from the station, making it easy to stop by even on rainy days. The first dish served was slightly thin noodles, freshly boiled, with the colorful Kyoto vegetables catching the eye. The Tanba chicken and mushroom carbonara had a rich sauce that clung to the noodles, and the savory flavor was addictive. The tomato cream with shrimp and yuba had a mild acidity, and mixing in a soft-boiled egg halfway through made it creamier. The accompanying salad had crunchy daikon, making it perfect for refreshing the palate. The Japanese-style milk pudding enjoyed after the meal was also gently sweet, leaving me feeling happy until the very end.
