Sukiyaki Shabu-Shabu Tsuruya

Using only Kobe beef and carefully selected unbred female black-haired Wagyu heifers, the freshness and tenderness—each slice freshly cut to order on a slicer at the counter—are highly praised. In sukiyaki, the meat’s flavor melts into a homemade warishita broth, and you can enjoy a blissful bite dipped in a rich egg. In shabu-shabu, you can savor the meat’s natural sweetness directly with ponzu or sesame sauce; it is served as one pot per person with free refills of udon for finishing or rice.

A 77-seat specialty restaurant located in the HOSOI Building, a 3-minute walk from Kintetsu Nipponbashi Station and right next to Kuromon Market. The counter features a roof that evokes traditional Japanese style, and Japanese-style background music plays pleasantly in the modern Japanese interior. The restaurant offers a variety of seating types, from private rooms on the second floor to a bookable third-floor floor for private events, accommodating everything from solo lunches to banquets and anniversaries. Staff who speak English, Chinese, and Korean are also available.

Opened on November 15, 2024 in the Nihonbashi / Kuromon Ichiba area. Its distinctive style of sukiyaki and shabu-shabu made with Kobe beef sliced fresh after ordering spread by word of mouth, and soon after opening it began attracting attention as the new standard in the Namba area, which draws diners from Japan and abroad.
