The interior has a calm atmosphere, and it's pleasant to see the mountain range from the window. The thin soba noodles are firm and slide smoothly down the throat. The aroma is gentle, and when combined with the soba dipping sauce, the umami is enhanced. The pork and green onion soba is loaded with ingredients, allowing you to fully appreciate the deliciousness of the pork belly and green onions. The simmered beef tendon has a rich miso flavor that makes you crave rice. The finishing soba broth is light and refreshing, making it enjoyable until the very end.
