In a tranquil space, the harmony of old and new creates a comfortable atmosphere. The design of the chairs and dishes is beautiful, and the soba served in a red basket stands out beautifully. The soba is richly aromatic, and its deliciousness is conveyed even without much dipping sauce. The more you slurp, the smoother the texture, providing a satisfying experience that exceeds its appearance. The warm tempura dipping sauce pairs well with both the tempura and the soba, highlighting the quality of the ingredients with a light and crisp finish. Overall, I felt a thoughtfully crafted worldview, and my heart was very fulfilled.
