The lodge-style clubhouse in the highlands has a great atmosphere, and on sunny days, you can enjoy views of Mount Fuji from inside. The stone pot kalbi rice bowl has a sweet sauce that is fragrant, and it pairs perfectly with the soft-boiled egg, thread chili peppers, and spinach. Served hot and sizzling, the flavors come together as you mix it. Adding a little gochujang on the side gives it a nice kick and makes it even more delicious. It comes with seaweed soup and kimchi, providing a satisfying experience that makes it hard to put down your chopsticks. The other dish, the thick-cut steak of Fujigane pork, also stands out in flavor whether seasoned with salt or sauce, and the cooking level was just right.
