Menchanko is packed with ingredients and very satisfying. The noodles are a slightly flat type reminiscent of champon, making them easy to eat as they mix well with the soup. You can also customize it by changing to thin noodles, omitting the mochi, or using konjac noodles, which is fun. There are also miso menchanko and ones with oysters, which are rich and delicious. Dishes like gyoza, chicken skin with ponzu, and fried cartilage are also available, and they pair well with black yuzu pepper. The highball is served cold in a copper glass, perfectly complementing the dishes.
