From the very first dish, you can feel the hand-crafted touch, and the gentle flavors of ginkgo and small taro are comforting. The sashimi includes fresh tuna, red snapper, and the deliciously grilled mackerel, scallops, and sea bream. The simmered vegetables are cooked separately by ingredient, allowing the umami to come through clearly. The spring rolls wrapped with taro, salmon, shungiku (chrysanthemum leaves), and leeks are served hot and have a delightful texture. The steamed egg custard with scallops is rich in aroma, combining the fragrance of the outer roe and aonori (green seaweed). The clay pot rice with sea bream is fragrant even with the crispy bits, and I was also soothed by the warm sweet treat and matcha that were served at the end.

This is a shop located in a residential area. It operates on a reservation basis and focuses on course meals, with beautifully presented dishes. The shrimp paste has a light texture and a rich aroma of dashi. The sashimi clearly reflects the seasons, and the swordfish was particularly impressive. The simmered dishes are carefully prepared, allowing you to enjoy the transition of flavors in the bowl. The final dish, swordfish rice, and the subtly sweet dessert were both highly satisfying, and the takeout osechi was also crafted with great care.
