They are gluten-free and vegan, with a plant-based cream that is light and has a refreshing aftertaste. There is an abundance of seasonal fruits, allowing you to enjoy the gentle sweetness of the fruit. The parfait has a subtle sweetness from the sorbet and cream, and the crunchiness of the crushed crust adds an accent, making it delicious until the last bite.
