While walking through the arcade shopping street, I was drawn in by a savory aroma and casually entered the store. Inside, the lively sound of shaping pâté echoed, heightening my anticipation for the freshly made dish. The blend of black-haired wagyu beef and domestic pork pâté was crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, with each bite releasing a burst of umami. The demi-glace sauce I chose was rich and perfectly complemented the sweetness of the meat. The accompanying vegetable soup was infused with the essence of the ingredients, and I couldn't help but drink it all. Thanks to the efficient staff, I felt comfortable throughout, making for a thoroughly satisfying lunch.
