Yakiniku Daiki

A wide range of cuts are available, including negi-shio beef tongue (green-onion salted beef tongue), thick-cut beef tongue, sagari, mino, karubi (short ribs), rosu (loin), marucho (small intestine), and liver, all of which are fresh and of outstanding quality. The meat sushi is particular about using vinegared rice, and the Japanese-style dashi cold noodles are praised as a refreshing way to finish the meal. The order and timing of each dish are handled carefully, and visitors highly rate the well-paced structure that allows the entire meal to be enjoyed smoothly.

The restaurant's calm interior is designed for enjoying meat together with wine. Private rooms are available, and luggage can be stored at the seat, so there is no need to worry about odors transferring. After three years working at a yakiniku (grilled meat) restaurant in Hiroshima, three years as a meat wholesaler in Fukuoka, and eight years at a yakiniku restaurant in Fukuoka, the business was founded in May 2014 in Otemon, Chuo Ward, Fukuoka City. Built on more than twenty years of dedicated expertise and experience in meat selection, it gained local support and relocated and reopened in Tojinmachi on August 16, 2024. It continues to provide authentic yakiniku with the warm, personal service typical of a family-run shop and at affordable prices.
