The second floor features Goichi's duck hot pot @ Tenjinbashisuji Rokuchome | Delicious food and happiness♪ This January, Goichi, which is hard to make reservations for, opened its third restaurant! The first floor is "Chiki Chiki" where you can eat Yakitori course, and the second floor is "Kamoka" where you can eat Kamonabe (duck hot pot). I visited Chiki Chiki before, so this time I decided to try the duck hot pot! The restaurant is located in front of Sushiro in Tenjinbashisuji Shopping Arcade. When we entered the restaurant, we first paid the bill. 7,000 yen for duck hot pot and all-you-can-drink After paying, we were guided to a private room on the second floor! There were beer, oolong tea, water, and maybe some shochu in the fridge. There are only a few kinds of drinks, so it seems that you have to bring your own drinks to drink. So, I went to the convenience store and bought some lemon sour and plum wine! And finally, we had a toast! ◾️ Duck croquette First, we had duck croquette! It was hot and fluffy! So hot that you have to be careful not to burn yourself! But it is so delicious! And after that, duck hot pot! Vegetables are potherb mustard and shredded white onion And tofu. Duck tsukune (skewered duck meat) is in the pot! First, put the duck tsukune in the pot and let it simmer. Then add vegetables and shabu shabu shabu for the duck. There are two kinds of duck, loin and thigh. Just a light shabu-shabu is enough. Wrap the vegetables with the vegetables, and voila! It's perfect! The broth is so thick that you don't need to add anything to it. You can also add shichimi (seven spices) and sansho (Japanese pepper) to change the flavor if you like. Finish with soba! When you think of duck, you can't go wrong with soba! It's easy to eat and the duck broth gives it a rich flavor! I also had zosui (rice porridge)! Carbohydrates and carbohydrates! The rice soaks up the broth and tastes great! Zosui at the end is irresistible! I consider it a feast! We were all full, but we all finished the meal together! That's what I'm talking about!
