Kyozen Usami

Kyozen Usami is a long-established local cuisine restaurant with an 80-year history, located near the National Treasure Usuki Stone Buddhas. The popular grilled knife fish (tachiuo) is made with locally sourced ingredients from Usuki, which have won the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award, resulting in a tender and exceptionally delicious dish.
