Soba Doko HAYASHI is a hidden gem located a bit away from the bustling streets of Nara City, renowned for its fragrant handmade 100% buckwheat soba. Inside the restaurant, you can enjoy the exquisite pairing of 100% soba made from our special blend of buckwheat flour and dashi made from Hokkaido Rausu kombu. The combination of the rich and creamy walnut sauce with the chewy 100% soba is exceptional, and the soba-yu (soba water) is also superb. It is a charming soba shop where local customers and travelers can enjoy a pleasant time in a cozy atmosphere.
