The interior of the restaurant has a historical feel, but it is well-maintained and comfortable to spend time in. The sauce is not too heavy, blending well with the meat juices, providing satisfaction with every bite. The harami (skirt steak) is aged just right, pairs well with the marinade, and the richness of the lean meat expands with each chew. The hormone (offal) is larger, with excess fat nicely trimmed off, and the cuts are easy to eat and delicious. The namul (seasoned vegetables) and kimchi have a homemade feel, with a good balance of sesame oil and acidity that makes it hard to stop eating. The dipping sauce has a good harmony of sweetness and acidity, allowing you to enjoy everything from the beef tripe to the premium tongue and cold noodles pleasantly.
