Sitting at the counter, the aroma of charcoal wafts through the air, creating a pleasant atmosphere typical of a yakitori restaurant. I ordered the chef's selection of six skewers, and the standout was definitely the juicy tsukune with a hint of spices. The arrangement of the stove is exquisite; even with the door open, my feet didn't get cold, and I was impressed by the thoughtful attention to detail. The assorted kimchi had just the right balance of coolness and spiciness, making it so delicious that I couldn't help but ask for a second serving. The large charcoal-grilled potato had an irresistible aroma from the skin and the richness of butter, providing a great sense of satisfaction. The warm hospitality from the family running the place allowed me to relax and enjoy my yakitori while sipping my drink.
