Fluffy Many people probably think of Benihaku when they think of pancakes in Asakusa. It is quite popular, with customers lining up early in the morning for numbered tickets every day. The reason for the popularity is definitely the "taste. The meringue is kneaded after receiving an order, and rice flour is mixed into the meringue, and the rice-flour pancakes are slowly cooked over time. This time, I ordered bacon and eggs. The fluffy pancakes are topped with bacon and other ingredients that have been separately cooked to a fragrant aroma. The pancakes were topped with a tender egg, cheese, crispy bacon, and fluffy pancakes. I enjoyed the contrast of textures. The hurdle to enter the restaurant is a bit of a challenge, but the pancakes were wonderful and more than made up for the difficulty.

Don't be fooled by the sweet appearance 💋 of the Red Crane. Limited time strawberry and white chocolate. The cream is not used and the custard is filled with it 🥞. The salty dough is very mature despite its sweet appearance. It is soft and fluffy, but not crumbly. But not crumbly. It was quite a good one 😋.
