This is a shop that is easy to enter, located just a short walk from the station. The udon is smooth and slippery, with a supple texture that makes it pleasant to slurp. The broth is not overly assertive, but has a well-balanced deliciousness that I really like. The chicken tempura is freshly fried and fragrant, pairing well with the udon. The fried lotus root is infused with the flavor of the broth, leaving a lasting impression with each bite. The sashimi, rolled omelet, and meat tofu all reflect careful preparation, and I was satisfied with each dish.
