The interior of the restaurant is well-maintained, has a Japanese aesthetic, and allows for a relaxed experience. I was shown to a private room where I could enjoy my meal and conversation without worrying about my surroundings. The sashimi made from local fish was rich in flavor and delicious. The sakura shrimp tempura was fragrant and light, and I loved its crispy texture. The rice was fluffy and aromatic, and the miso soup with a rich dashi flavor and chawanmushi were also satisfying. The aroma of chirimen sansho was pleasant, and I was able to unwind in a calm, sophisticated atmosphere.
