The restaurant was clean, and I was able to cook in a relaxed manner. The hormone was well-soaked in a homemade sauce with plenty of chopped green onions, allowing me to fully enjoy its aroma and flavor. I could adjust the spiciness to my liking, which was enjoyable. The meat with a mildly spicy and garlicky flavor was particularly good, and I also liked the refreshing taste of the salt. The dish of chives and baby sardines was refreshing and paired well with the rich-flavored meat. The staff was attentive, frequently changing the grill, which made for a pleasant dining experience.
