We heard that we could taste spice curry with koji, so we visited the restaurant at lunch time. the first floor was a curry, coffee and baked goods store. I had the spiced curry with sweet koji and walnuts that I was looking for. It was a new type of curry with a subtle sweet aroma of koji and a strong spice flavor. The rice was sprouted brown rice, which was glutinous and delicious.
