It seems that around mid-February, they will start serving a combination of wild vegetable tempura. It looks like they will serve 4-5 types, using whatever is in stock that day. It included butterbur sprouts, bracken fern, udo, and wild garlic. 600 yen
Pork Cutlet Set Meal
It is said that they use pork loin from Kagoshima, coat each piece with fine breadcrumbs after receiving the order, and fry them. The crispy and tender pork cutlet was delicious, and the sauce on top was also tasty.
