Yuba (tofu skin) is placed in a small pot and baked with soy milk and eggs. The outside is crispy while the inside is soft and creamy. Also includes our specialty sashimi, steamed yuba sashimi, simmered Kyoto vegetables, yuba chirimen (dried yuba strips), and Saikyo-yaki (grilled fish marinated in miso).
