Sebastian Viguera, originally from Chile, is an international mixologist with diverse experience from South America to North America and Europe. A certified sommelier, he has worked in Nagano and Osaka since coming to Japan in 2015, and since 2022 he has been the Mixologist Manager at Swissôtel Nankai Osaka, bringing the tastes of the world into every drink.
