We made a reservation for one person at 11:30 when the restaurant opened. When we went, there were some people in line before the restaurant opened, but the tables were filled with people with reservations. If you want to be sure to eat there, it is better to make a reservation. Today, the cured rice was hijiki croquette and the soup was pudae jjigae. I would have ordered the pudae jjigae if I didn't have reservations for the cut, but the smell of garlic was rude... You can choose between large, medium, and small rice. I asked for less because it looked like there were plenty of side dishes, but the soft brown rice was easy to eat and the side dishes were mostly free of oil, so I could have eaten a normal serving. I can recommend this dish to people of all ages because you can eat a lot of vegetables with different tastes.

Thank you very much for your kindness in changing my reservation even though I had to change the number of people several times. It was my first time to try yakuzen cuisine, but the seasoning was to my liking! The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. My mother is a health-conscious food lover and we enjoyed it together! The jasmine tea after the meal was also delicious!
