A short walk from Kamata Station reveals a nostalgic atmosphere that excites me. The interior is cozy yet lively, and as I take my seat, the aroma of soba wafts through the air. The menu features unique soba options such as duck broth, walnut, spicy radish, and chives, making it hard to choose. This time, I opted for a bowl generously filled with chives, and the combination of the dipping sauce, noodles, and vegetables was outstanding, making it impossible to put my chopsticks down. The tempura of onion and peeled shrimp was also freshly fried and had a light texture, prompting me to order more. They also offer a legendary sake, which is irresistible to enjoy alongside the soba.
