The shop is located behind the roadside station, making it easy to stop by. It has a style where you buy meal tickets from a vending machine, and you can prepare your own tea and water, which makes it relaxed. The hand-made soba uses flour from Hakushucho, and the texture is smooth. The 100% buckwheat soba that appears on weekends is rich in flavor, and you can clearly taste the difference when compared to the 80% buckwheat soba. The tempura, with shrimp and vegetables fried to a crisp, pairs excellently with the soba. The portions are generous, providing a high level of satisfaction, and I felt it was perfect for a meal during a drive.
