It's a small counter where you can drink calmly and feel relaxed. The variety of dishes is wide, making it fun to decide what to order. The eel used in the Yawata roll and the liver simmered with pepper are fragrant and have a strong umami flavor. The local chili shrimp sashimi and the fried Zaru shrimp are also fresh and pair well with drinks. The squid with grated daikon and ponzu, skewered cutlets, and Dote stew are all elaborate, making it hard to put down the chopsticks. They have everything from beer and black hoppy to hot sake and lemon sour, and the great pairings bring a smile to your face.
