A course that allows you to fully enjoy our specialty, authentic charcoal-grilled yakitori.
A full course of locally produced and locally consumed luxury yakitori featuring Nagoya Cochin, one of Japan's three great landraces, as well as Aichi duck and Toyohashi beef. Recommended for special occasions such as year-end parties and business entertainment. The portion is a little smaller than usual so that you can enjoy a variety of skewers.
From February 2025 All customers who visit our restaurant on weekends (Friday, Saturday, and days before holidays) are required to order this 《Omakase 5 Bottles Set》. Children under preschool age are not eligible. Not applicable for visits after 20:00. Available on weekdays.
【Hokuriku Noto Peninsula Reconstruction Support】 While expressing gratitude for everyday life, we thought about how we could help with reconstruction using the power of yakitori restaurants nationwide! This is a reconstruction support beer created with that in mind. A smoky beer that pairs well with yakitori made from Gohyakumangoku rice from Ishikawa Prefecture and Japanese pepper from Wakayama Prefecture. *200 yen from each bottle will be donated to the Hokuriku Noto Peninsula Reconstruction Support.
