Made with pesticide-free Yukihikari brown rice flour from Asahikawa, Biei-produced Erimo adzuki beans, sugar from Kikai Island in Kagoshima Prefecture containing minerals, salt from Guérande, France, and oil for the mold that is Non-GMO and free of processing aids, made from pressed rapeseed oil.
Gluten-Free Organic Brown Rice Flour Taiyaki
Since January 2022, we have become a specialty store for gluten-free taiyaki. The ingredients are organic Yukihikari brown rice flour, adzuki beans, raw sugar, Guérande salt, and baking soda. The oil used to coat the mold is non-GMO canola oil. The brown rice flour and adzuki beans are 100% sourced from Hokkaido. Both the dough and the filling are homemade. We produce taiyaki free from 28 allergens in a dedicated workshop. We ship frozen products through our online shop and hometown tax donations.
