I really love the dashi from Kansai > < The clarity is different from that of Kanto! Here, you can enjoy very reasonably priced soba and udon. I headed there in the extreme heat, but the inside of the restaurant is pleasantly cool, so don't worry! Haha At first, you might be concerned about the open layout and the heat, but it's fine! Haha Everything looked so delicious that I was torn, but this time I went for the udon with plum and seaweed. It arrives in the bowl immediately after ordering. It's a prepay system. The saltiness of the seaweed combined with the clear dashi soup is irresistible! Everyone was eating with great focus. It's wonderful~ The udon has a fluffy texture rather than being chewy. Thank you for the meal ♡
