The restaurant has a lively atmosphere and gives the impression of being frequented by locals. There are counter seats, and the ambiance is calm. The sushi selection is diverse, allowing you to enjoy items like squid, salmon, yellowtail, tuna, and pickled mackerel. The tuna, in particular, is surprisingly good, and the sweetness of the sweet shrimp and the flavor of the surf clam are also impressive. The rice is slightly firm with a mild vinegar flavor, and the seaweed is crispy and easy to eat. The miso soup, which contains shrimp heads and wheat gluten, has a pleasant aroma and left me satisfied until the end.
