We take pride in our nigiri sushi, carefully prepared using fresh local seafood and traditional Edomae techniques. The rice, seasoned with red vinegar, enhances the flavor of the fish, providing a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Managed together with student part-timers in a bright and friendly atmosphere. This restaurant offers Edo-style sushi, which is rare in Kochi, and provides a warm space loved by locals. The cheerful personality of the head chef creates a relaxing environment, allowing first-time visitors to enjoy their meal comfortably.

Opened in December 2014, I became independent by utilizing my experience as a head chef at another sushi restaurant. As a valuable presence offering Edomae sushi in Kochi, it is loved by many people. With a unique style, I continue to captivate visitors by making the most of fresh local seafood.
