In a calm interior that exudes the atmosphere of the Showa era, the time spent watching the skewers being grilled over the counter is enjoyable. The menu is limited, but each skewer is carefully grilled over charcoal, enhancing its savory aroma. The crispy texture of the skin and the juiciness inside are particularly addictive. The grilled chicken thigh and wings are exquisite whether seasoned with salt or sauce, allowing the rich flavor of the chicken to shine through. Orders are communicated in sync with the chef's signal, and one can't help but be captivated by the serious demeanor of the grilling artisans. With a limited number of seats and high popularity, it's delightful to visit early and enjoy a relaxed experience.
