We take pride in our charcoal grilled dishes made with fresh local meats and seafood. In particular, our chicken minced meat and daikon simmered dish, as well as handmade deep-fried tofu grilled over charcoal, are popular for bringing out the umami of the ingredients. They pair exceptionally well with sake, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. We offer a diverse menu, and there are new discoveries to be made with each visit.
