The interior has a calm café-like atmosphere, is clean, and is easy to enter even alone. The steak served on a hot iron plate was surprisingly tender with a rare cooking level. The meat's flavor is rich, and the homemade sauce made with Japanese-style soy sauce pairs perfectly. When you mix the minced garlic from the small dish into that sauce, the aroma spreads, and you can't help but keep eating. You can choose between onion or scallop soup, and I appreciate such thoughtful touches. The set includes a salad and soup, bread or rice, and self-service coffee or tea, and you can also enjoy hamburgers, meunière, and pork cutlets.
