This is a new and clean shop located at the back of an alley, down a flight of stairs. Upon entering, a gentle scent of vinegar greets you, and the quiet sound of the television is comforting. The cozy space allows for a calm seating arrangement centered around the counter. The teamwork of the two staff members is efficient, making it enjoyable just to watch them. The generous set includes 9 pieces of sushi and 6 small rolls, featuring tuna, squid, salmon, and blue fish, with the rice having a pleasant texture. It also comes with cucumber and gourd rolls, as well as miso soup, providing a simple yet delightful taste.

This is a cozy shop located just a short walk from the station, down a staircase. The interior is new and clean, and although compact, it is comfortable. You can choose from options like nigiri, chirashi, bara chirashi, and tekka don. The nigiri is bite-sized, with the rice being just the right firmness, and the vinegar seasoning is gentle. The toppings, including tuna, squid, salmon, octopus, bonito, and mackerel, are beautiful and full of flavor. It's nice that the rice is vinegared, and the miso soup, rich in dashi, is comforting.
