A very popular sushi restaurant in Shinbashi where it is difficult to make reservations. The interior of the restaurant, from the counter to the knick-knacks, is furnished with items that show the owner's attention to detail. Both nigiri and sashimi are characterized by their large size and mouth-watering flavor. The rice is made with rice and red vinegar, which is used for the rice, and while it has a moderate flavor, it is still very satisfying. I have been asked by several sushi restaurant owners, "Have you been to Tomisho?" so I finally decided to pay a visit. Today's menu was as follows, but it offers sushi-like nibbles and solidly sized, tasty nigiri. The rice was pleasantly vinegary through the nose, and I would say the hardness was standard. The sea bream was shockingly delicious, with a very strong umami flavor, which explains why it was brought to the lineup in the latter half of the meal. The tuna is also very tasty and makes you want to try the nigiri again. The additional dishes of chutoro pickles, shime saba (mackerel), and dried gourd rolls are also delicious and cannot be missed, but the entire meal is quite large, and you will be satisfied and full. Tomisho-san's nigiri last❗ ️ The last one is kombujime of flatfish edge, aori ika, sea urchin, sea eel, and egg (´ω`). I was normally satisfied after being served all of them, but since it was a good opportunity, I added more nigiri: ☺︎ I asked the owner. "Do you have anything you haven't served yet?" I asked him. He smiled and said, "We have a lot. I replied, "We have a lot of them. ❗️♪" He replied, "There are a lot of them. I asked a rude question 😭. I don't remember but there must have been more than 10 kinds of stuffs that have not been served yet:((；please don't forget to check the list of the items that have not been served yet)) I couldn't eat all of them even if I wanted to, so after much hesitation, I ordered the first one: kombujime and aori ika (bluefin squid)((((;))))))) This was probably the most delicious thing Engawa had this time. It's so exquisite❗️ The water has been drained off in a nice salty way, and the kelp has a nice aroma and flavor soaked in well❗️ The potential of engawa, which should be delicious as it is, was brought out to its fullest potential❗️ The flavor overflows forever so much that it's too good to swallow 😂. I'm glad I ordered it. The squid was so finely chopped that the sweetness of the squid was brought out more than enough, and the sea eel and conger eel were all delicious, right up until the very end when the eggs were served at the end of the meal. And what surprised me was the bill. I was surprised at the bill. I know you're going to be mad at me for only recommending lunch, but I recommend lunch. I've only been there for lunch, I highly recommend it at night as well! That being said, I have yet to visit. I'm sorry. I would like you to go there for lunch first. It's delicious there! If you like it, please go there! If you like it Let's go at night! Let's go at night! Lunch is 6,000 yen, and even if you add about 4 pieces, it won't cost you more than 10,000 yen! Of course, it depends on the ingredients, but if they are not high quality ingredients, there should be no problem. The owner is very quiet, which makes me a little nervous, but I don't mind that at all! I don't mind at all if you are making your sushi debut or taking your family to Kauter Sushi! You can go there with your family without any worries! Please visit us!

Tomisho] in Shinbashi ✩Eating log 3.92 ✩Lunch omakase 6,000 yen (11 pieces + egg) Good balance of large fresh neta and red vinegar. 🙆‍♀️ The vinegar is not too strong and is calculated to be easy to eat 🍣. From white meat to medium fatty tuna and finally fluffy conger eel 🥺💗💗. I wanted more conger eel... lol Even my favorite sardine was served and I was satisfied 🐟💕. The fatty fish matched the red vinegar 💯😍 Lunch time is only 6 seats per turn, so reservations may be hard to come by... but the sushi bar was overpriced and satisfying 🍣😃. Lunch is recommended as it's about double the price at night. I would go again if I had the chance 😋‼️ sushi#sushi#🍣

wealthy place . The restaurant has only 6 seats at the counter. I had heard about it from many people, so I had high expectations for this handsome restaurant. I thought it would be difficult to make a reservation, but I was able to get one even two weeks in advance. Lucky🤞. The owner is a bit taciturn with a quiet atmosphere. He seemed to enjoy talking with his regular customers, so I wonder if I can see his smile if I keep coming back. He served only 3 or 4 snacks, and the customers were served with nigiri right away. The squid was so delicious. As I had heard, each piece of sushi was very generous in size, with a robust red vinegar sauce and a large rice ball. It was different from any other sushi I have ever had, and I felt very satisfied after eating it 🍣. The size of the rice was too big for the girls, so I wonder if they can make the rice smaller if you request 🤔. The vinegar is very strong, so I really enjoyed the fatty and sweet ingredients 🤤💕 The regulars only had sake and snacks, so I wondered if there was such a luxurious way to use it. 🤔 But even so, 40,000 yen range for two people with this volume and this delicious food and a lot of sake omakase is quite cosy ♡♡♡♡♡. . Sushi Archive 2020 Tomisho ① Manly Edo-mae Sushi for lunch 🍣! The sushi is simply delicious, and I'm sure they put a lot of time and effort into it! I want to go back!
