The moment the aroma of spices filled the air as I opened the door, my mood instantly lifted. The long rice became smooth in texture when mixed with the curry, making it incredibly enjoyable and hard to stop eating. The meal plate featured both vegetables and fish, each seasoned with spices that brought new surprises with every bite. In particular, the cold rasam with the fragrance of sudachi and the lemon achar felt refreshing, perfect for a hot day. Mixing a little of several curries created a complex flavor that kept me engaged until the end. The exterior has a rustic townhouse style, but the interior has a calm Brooklyn vibe, and I think the contrast adds to the excitement of the place.
