The soba made from Aizu flour has a bright color, a gentle aroma, and a pleasant texture. The zaru soba is topped with seaweed, and the finely shredded daikon adds an accent. The warm soba has a broth rich in flavor, with ingredients like eggplant, deep-fried tofu, and taro, making it very satisfying. There is also a large screen monitor, and the lively atmosphere is exciting.
