I had always wanted to go to this restaurant after learning about it on social media. Finally, my wish came true! I had a very precious parfait called Biore Solies (black fig). The fruit was sweet and the ice cream was cheese (?). It was very delicious with a slight saltiness. It changed my concept of parfait. I would like to go back again.

I saw this parfait on SNS and it looked so delicious that I was curious to visit. I had the muskmelon parfait. It was gorgeous, with muskmelons cut into various shapes, including round and round, on top, with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, melon sorbet, mascarpone cream, and champagne jelly in the glass in between. It was full of cream, but not too sweet.
