The combination of five popular brands of Shizuoka Prefecture sake (Garyubai, Isobojumai, Kunika, Shoyuki, and Hatsugame) and an assortment of specially selected sashimi will stimulate your conversation.
Shizuoka is a treasure trove of seafood, especially from Suruga Bay, and fresh fish landed on the day of the dish is served as a sashimi platter.
Please enjoy Kashimaya's signature thick slices of geta-zuke [famous bonito sashimi] and other original dishes prepared by our chefs.
Enjoy local specialties such as black pickled fish, fresh shirasu, salted fish, and fried sakura shrimps, all of which are Shizuoka specialties.
This is a luxurious course that includes our famous beef hot pot using only carefully selected Shizuoka black wagyu beef ribs as the main course, assorted fresh sashimi, and all-you-can-drink five kinds of locally brewed sake.
The taste is very tender and deep because we use only high quality Japanese ribeye, a traditional flavor from Kashimaya's 90 years in business. Please try it for yourself.
In addition to Kashimaya's signature beef hot pot with Japanese marbled ribeye, this course includes fresh sashimi, seasonal dishes, and all-you-can-drink for two and a half hours.
