The atmosphere is bright and stylish, and it's pleasant to see a small garden from the window. The staff guided me to my seat, and I was able to sit by the window. The salad came with small appetizers, carpaccio, and prosciutto, which made me excited from the start. There are many types of pasta to choose from, making it fun to select, and the saltiness of the white fish and clams has a gentle umami flavor that is very delicious. The anchovy-flavored sakura shrimp, grass shrimp, and rapeseed flowers also have a wonderful aroma, evoking the taste of spring. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and the panna cotta was refreshing with mint and peach garnishes.
