The skewers are grilled after ordering and seasoned to bring out the savory aroma of the meat, making them easy to eat even while traveling. The popular Hida beef rice bowl lets you enjoy the beef's umami and the sweetness of the onions and can be eaten while walking. We also offer desserts like soft-serve ice cream. It is an easy place to stop for a light meal during a drive break.

Bakuro Ichidai Highway Oasis Kawashima is located in the dining area of Oasis Park and mainly operates as stall-style counter service. There are no dedicated table seats, but you can enjoy purchased dishes on park benches and in the open plaza. The surroundings include a water play area and a Ferris wheel, where families and tourists can spend time as they please. It’s easy to stop by while traveling, and you can experience tasting Hida beef dishes while enjoying the outdoor air.

Bakuro Ichidai Highway Oasis Kawashima Store opened on March 1, 2014 as a member of the Bakuro Ichidai Group. The brand, which originally developed mainly in Gifu City under the name Hida Beef Ittouya Bakuro Ichidai, started this outlet in Oasis Park as a stall-style shop so that people could casually enjoy Hida beef at a local rest facility. On March 22, 2025, the store was renewed with a newly added dining area, strengthening its role as an easy-to-stop rest spot for travelers.
