As soon as you enter, the calm atmosphere of traditional Japanese style is very lovely. The hand-rolled sushi is fun with a variety of ingredients like salmon, squid, shrimp, and egg. There are also natto and pickles available, which you can roll according to your preference. I love grilling Hida beef on a small iron plate and eating it with bamboo leaf miso, as it has a wonderful aroma. The clear soup has a well-infused broth and a comforting taste. The attentive and considerate service was also delightful, especially when they remembered my previous visit and greeted me.
