There is a counter with impressive black tiles, creating a calm space. There are showcases of sushi ingredients and sushi buckets lined up, and tatami seating is available for relaxation. The nigiri, including squid, shrimp, egg, red meat, kohada, aoyagi, medium fatty tuna, and salmon roe, are all delicious. In particular, the texture of the squid, the thickness of the egg, and the umami of the salmon roe leave a lasting impression. The aroma of the seaweed miso soup is also pleasant, enhancing the meal further. The ingredients are said to be from the market, and their freshness is clearly conveyed.
