I made a reservation for lunch at Ichiro's in the basement of Sannomiya Sun Plaza. Among many gyoza specialty restaurants in Sannomiya, Ichiro Gyoza has a wide variety of gyoza, including sui-gyoza and soup gyoza, as well as hamburgers, which are also recommended. Today, I had the sui-gyoza, yaki-gyoza, soup gyoza, and xiaolongbao, all of which were sticky, soft, and easy to eat ^_^. Personally, I prefer my dumplings crispy and crunchy, but Ichiro's dumplings are crispy, small and easy to eat ^_^. Next time, I will come back to try the hamburger steak you recommended.

A set meal with a combination of food I never thought I'd eat! I went to an outlet store in Tarumi on New Year's Day. There was a coat that I had always wanted to buy, and I was going to wait for the New Year's bargain to buy it, but it wasn't there! I'm not sure what to do with it! But now I can check the inventory and see where it is! And on the train on the way home, I did some research on instagram and made a list of restaurants that were open, including a tonkatsu restaurant, a gyoza restaurant, and a ramen restaurant. After being rejected by the "closed shops", here is the last one I came to! Ichiro's Gyoza Specialty Restaurant Ichiro is located on the restaurant floor of Sun Plaza B1F! The restaurant was almost full when we visited, but we managed to find two empty seats at the counter! The menu consists of yaki-gyoza, mizu-gyoza, and soup gyoza, as it is a gyoza specialty restaurant! There is a set meal...hmm? Hamburg steak? A hamburger in a gyoza restaurant? I ordered this interesting combination. First came the gyoza, with glutinous skin, crispy chives, and a meaty but light Kobe miso sauce. The hamburger steak was plump and juicy, and I thought it would be the type of hamburger that would come out in a big gush. It was fluffy and soft, and the red wine sauce was deep and surprisingly, the hamburger steak from a gyoza restaurant was delicious! The waitress was Chinese, but she could speak Japanese, so we didn't have to worry! He was very friendly and gave us a lecture on how to eat the dumplings!
