Koumien: A place to savor authentic Taiwanese cuisine

Koumien is the perfect restaurant for those who want to enjoy authentic Taiwanese dishes. The mapo tofu, in particular, is known for its spiciness, featuring a generous amount of minced meat and a perfect balance of heat that leaves you wanting more. Additionally, the stir-fried greens, pig's ears, and century egg tofu are all deeply flavorful dishes that make you want to return after your first visit. You can fully indulge in the tastes of Taiwan here.

When I entered, the staff were cheerful and polite, and I was able to relax right away. The stir-fried greens had a pleasant crunch that I really liked. The pig's ears and century egg tofu were rich in flavor, making it hard to stop eating. The mapo tofu had a gentle home-cooked taste that made me want to put it on rice. The dumplings had a strong garlic aroma and meaty flavor, which was satisfying. The spicy kick of the Taiwanese mala noodles and the fried rice loaded with bell peppers were also enjoyable.
