The spacious restaurant and the variety of Okinawan food on the lunch menu were appealing. The fried chicken had nothing to do with Okinawa, but the island pepper and snow salt were from Okinawa, making the food very flavorful. The staff had a good balance between those who listened to us, those who worked quietly, and those who served us. The hospitality of the food was wonderful, and with the meat miso and seasoned seaweed, the conditions were right to make sure you don't run out of rice. I would definitely visit this restaurant again.
