A fragrant aroma wafted from the counter, and I felt excited the moment I took my seat. The tempura had a thin batter, highlighting the plumpness of the shrimp, which made me smile involuntarily. The sauce that dripped onto the rice from the same box soaked in, and I couldn't put my chopsticks down until the end. The grilled fish was fluffy with a crispy skin, showcasing the skill of the Japanese restaurant. The miso soup and small side dishes were also made with care, and it was clear that everything was prepared with attention to detail. The friendly interactions from the staff were pleasant, allowing me to enjoy a relaxed dining experience.
